Responsibilities
1. Perform microbiological testing related to manufacturing processes and quality control, including Bioburden, Sterility, and Inhibition Tests.
2. Perform and control Environmental Monitoring within production areas.
3. Inspect and evaluate microbiological aspects of products to ensure compliance with applicable standards, including GMP and ISO 13485.
4. Supervise Gamma Sterilization Validation activities.
5. Manage documentation and procedures related to permits for the possession of microorganisms with relevant authorities, such as the Department of Medical Sciences.
6. Record and analyze test results and prepare reports in accordance with the quality management system.
7. Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of laboratory equipment, laboratory areas, and controlled areas.
8. Coordinate with relevant departments regarding quality control processes.

Qualifications
1. Male or female, aged 24 years or above, with a Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in Quality Control (QC) or a related field.
3. Candidates with training in ISO 13485 / GMP quality systems will be given special consideration.
4. Basic knowledge of microbiological culture techniques, Cleanroom / Laminar Flow operations, and Bioburden, Sterility, and Inhibition Testing.
5. Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and product quality control.
6. Experience in a medical device manufacturing facility or in obtaining permits for the possession of microorganisms will be an advantage.
7. Self-motivated, diligent, honest, responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and possessing good interpersonal skills.
8. Creative, positive-minded, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
9. Good command of Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
10. Only candidates with relevant work experience will be considered.
